Mobility, defined as the ability to move efficiently from one place to another is an aspect of great relevance and importance to the various governments demand the creation of policies aimed at facilitating the movement in urban centers, between them and their peripheries.
Mobility is a problem we go through daily. Every day we must move from one place to another, this becomes a difficulty little by little we are accustomed, or perhaps we're used to it. The mobility problem in Cali is usually associated with negative effects generated by the poor condition of roads, the lack thereof for cyclists and motorbikes, the number of vehicles and little room to move. But it is worth thinking whether the above reasons are really the source of the problem or simply the consequences of a larger problem.
People often think and look for what is perceptible only leave aside the other issues that surround us and affect our quality of life, which are not simply situational and lows but we live in the midst of "one world" surrounded by an environment that ignore or do you prefer face reality.
