This morning we attended the last Full Council before the elections. With the running mate of Commitment, María Pilar Soriano, we wanted to denounce the procedural position of Councillor for Planning, Jorge Bellver. Showing some ironic signs that read "Enhorabona Bellver" and "A Ple to 8" in reference to the request disqualification of 8 trespass in the case called the Garden of Monforte .
Thus we have shown our disagreement with the intent of Councilman Bellever to delay the trial for the serious facts of which he is charged, to authorize the underground parking that is hurting the Garden of Monforte. As is well known, the City Council authorized Bellver works without the file referred to the mandatory report on Heritage, binding in the case of a well protected as the Historic Garden Monforte.
