Victor Gutierrez is secretary of the Association of Can Roca . has always been involved with the neighborhood, a child helping to disseminate the activities of the association, with 24 years, assuming responsibilities. Victor is a good example for many young people their age and breaks the myth that youth not involved in neighborhood organizations. Among his other commitments, we want to mention his participation in Volunteers Terrace or the recent establishment of the City Council of Youth Terrassa.
